Conversational Sound Design

With your Brand’s Culture and Persona in place, we have an idea of how other audio elements in the conversational design should sound like. We distinguish conversational sound design in four elements; Branding, Structure, Content, and Interaction. Each having its own purpose and function in the voice user interface, optimizing the customer journey and user experience. In the workshop, we will work with sound markers in conversational flows and learn how it can influence the conversational design and customer journey.
